Booking
First, please telephone Caroline Grange
on 01225 834430 to check availability of any of the properties.
Then fill in the booking form below and submit. We will
email confirmation and arrange for deposit of around one-third
of the total price to be sent. The balance is payable eight weeks
before your holiday starts. Full payment at time of booking if
your holiday starts within eight weeks, please. Please read the
Booking Conditions below.
Cheques should be made payable to Mrs C Grange and sent to 83, Hansford Square, Bath, BA2 5LJ.

Booking Conditions:
The deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance must be paid eight weeks before the holiday commences. If booked within eight weeks of the holiday, full payment must be paid at time of booking.
In the event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance is advisable.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number on the booking form.
The flat is available at 3pm on Saturday, and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Sorry, no smoking or pets are allowed.
The flat is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
All breakages or damage must be paid for.
Use of the accommodation is entirely at the hirer's risk and liability.
Keys will be returned promptly at end of stay.
We reserve the right of access to the flat at any reasonable time during your stay.
Electricity and gas are included in the price.
Duvets and pillows are provided, with beds already made up (not sofabed); please bring your own towels/tea towels.
